Smart Telemedical Risk Evaluation on Analytical Models

The STREAM Project is developing a digital, adaptive, and context-sensitive medical history questionnaire to be integrated into telemedical consultations. Through a network of statistically relevant questions, the dialogue is tailored individually for each patient. STREAM uses modern algorithms and statistical methods to ensure complete and error-free documentation. The questionnaire allows for online completion of medical history and consultation sessions, reducing waiting times and supporting infection control. By implementing plausibility checks and utilizing uploaded documents, the quality of patient education is enhanced.
